Cupid Maid is a trusted domestic helper (ART) matchmaking consultant based in Jakarta, serving the Greater Jakarta area, including Tangerang, Depok, Bekasi, BSD, Karawang, Bandung, and all major cities in Indonesia. We offer solutions for modern families seeking overnight/live-in domestic helpers, nannies, and other domestic worker, as well as helping Indonesian people seeking workplace with decent benefits and well-being.
Our company was founded in 2023 under the company PT Prathami Sukses Abadi, based in South Jakarta. Initially, Cupid Maid was founded by a woman who understood the difficulty of finding professional, honest help at an affordable price. With firsthand experience and support from a network of local domestic worker providers, she built an efficient and user-friendly system where we provide consultations and recommend workers from our network based on their interests and suitability for the job. We also provide decision-making assistance and employee-employer feedback arrangements, if needed.

Our Location
We are based in Jakarta and serve all cities in Indonesia. However, we do not offer in-person office visits.
Cupid Maid operates primarily digitally. For prospective employers, the entire job-seeking process, from consultation and registration to maid selection, is conducted online for your convenience and speed. For job seekers, you may be required to meet in person at the direction of our staff.
